Remi Malca
Hey, I’m Remi. Photographer, mom of two wild little boys, and someone who finds magic in the in-between moments.
Born and raised in Israel, shaped by over a decade in Brooklyn, and currently living in New Jersey (where the trees are tall and the parking is actually legal).
I live with my crew: my partner in all things, Richard, our two little adventurers Rene & River, and our rescue pup, Pokita, who occasionally photobombs.
Photography came into my life the way most good things do, unexpectedly but with perfect timing. It became my way of connecting, slowing down, and capturing the unspoken.
After stepping back for a few years to grow life (literally), I poured my creativity into other forms of art, including designing and styling unique spaces. But the pull of photography never left, and I’ve returned with a softer lens and a deeper sense of presence.
I specialize in capturing couples, families, maternity, and personal branding, mostly around New Jersey and NYC.
My sessions are relaxed and real, No stiff poses or fake smiles, just you, as you are. Maybe with a little wind-in-your-hair magic.
I’m here to photograph you like someone who really sees you. Because I do.
I promise to make you feel seen, comfortable, and just the right amount of fabulous. Wind machine not included, but vibes guaranteed.
When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me surrounded by over a hundred houseplants, watering, feeding, pruning, observing. My home looks like a jungle, in the best way. I think that’s why I see so much beauty in the wild, tangled, slightly imperfect moments.

Stephanie R., San Diego
“My husband and I eloped in NYC over Christmas and I was worried we wouldn't find a photographer. But Remi was available that day and it was perfect. She photographed the whole process from picking out flowers to waiting in line to be called to the ceremony and beyond. I now have these amazing wedding photos that were shot with such care. She has a great eye and helped to get not only the shots I wanted but also captured sweet and quiet moments with just the two of us. I would recommend her for any wedding!”
Akhoon K., Harrow, United Kingdom
“Remi Malca is an amazing professional photographer, we could not have asked for better. Her style was exactly what we were after and she did not disappoint! The photos are natural and not contrived. Thank you, Remi for capturing our special day the way you did. We will grow old and look back on our wedding day with fond memories. Thank you and god bless you. xXx”

“I can't even put into words just how absolutely amazing Remi was and is. Our wedding photos inside and outside City Hall are absolutely breathtaking... like out of a magazine. She completely NAILED IT!!! We are so happy!! Thank you Remi! Please book her!!”

“Remi was AMAZING. I actually contacted her a couple weeks before my wedding, as my original photog had to cancel and she was not only available but super accommodating and made awesome suggestions. She came to my city hall ceremony and also our restaurant dinner reception later on in the evening. She had very clear ideas for us and our event, and she choreographed my husband and I as well as our families without being pushy or short. Also, she's just a cool person all around! Well done, Remi!”

“Remi did an amazing job at our wedding. She was very helpful and made sure to take natural pictures throughout the wedding. She is very talented. Our photographs look wonderful and we are very happy with her service. She even agreed to resend the pics once I had lost them. Thank you very much.”
